Thanks for reaching out today about the issues you are experiencing uploading images.

Here are our current photo requirements:

• Max height of 1730px

• Max Width of 3000px

• Max 72 DPI

• Max of 4mb

We advise having at least 8GB available RAM on your computer when uploading images, uploading no more than 500 images at a time, and using Google Chrome, on the latest version.We also advise uploading from your computer's hard drive and not an external drive.
