- Run Misk DNS report, paste results into the ticket
- Ask: “Are there any other tools utilizing your domain such as domain-based email and/or third-party blog or FTP file sharing?” We need DNS records in place BEFORE nameserver changes are made to avoid disruption of service
- Ask the client to submit domain setup request through the control panel
- Instruct the client to change nameservers or send us log in credentials for their domain registrar to change the nameservers for them. Add domain registrar login information to account notes if provided.
