Important Notes

• We can only transfer the following domain types: .COM, .NET, .INFO, .BIZ, and .ORG.
• Do not change your domain’s contact info (name, company, or email) or transfer it between registrars within 60 days prior to this request.
• Avoid transferring domains that expire within the next 15 days.

Transfer Fees

• One-time transfer fee: $25
• Annual subscribers: $42/year domain renewal
• Monthly subscribers: $3.50/month domain renewal

Transfer Steps

To begin your transfer, you will first need to log in to your current domain registrar and complete the following;

1. Unlock your domain.
2. Disable any privacy settings, including DNSSEC.
3. Obtain the Authorization Code (EPP key).
4. Reply to this message with the following details:

• Permission to charge card on file one-time $25 transfer fee (yes/no):
• Permission to charge card on file $42 annual domain renewal fee (yes/no):
• Domain name:
• Domain expiration date:
• Is the domain unlocked? (yes/no):
• Has domain privacy been removed, including DNSSEC? (yes/no):
• Authorization Code (EPP Key):

Please note: As a part of PhotoBiz/Zibster domain transfer policy we can only transfer you to Enom and no other domain registrar (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc).

To initiate a domain transfer, please complete the following steps:

1. Create an Enom account if you do not already have one.

2. Reach out to Enom support to enable pushes for your account

3. Reply to this message with the following:

• Domain Name:
• Permission to charge the credit card on file a one-time $25 transfer fee:
• Your Enom User ID:
• Account allows pushes? (y/n):
• Do you intend to keep a website with us, or do you wish to cancel once the domain transfer is complete?

Once your domain transfer is complete, you will be able to point the domain to another site, or transfer to another registrar within moments.

Important: This process only applies to older PhotoBiz client's who have a domain in our Go Daddy account, to confirm this, reference the My Account section of their account to see if "Domain Registration" is listed and confirm with Brent to see if we have the domain in our account.

• GoDaddy Customer Number:
• Do you intend to keep a website with us, or do you wish to cancel once the domain transfer is complete?

Once your domain transfer is complete, you will be able to point the domain to another site, or transfer to another registrar within moments.
