PhotoBiz Email Not On Undeliverable (Bounce) List

I’m following up regarding the email notifications we send to [EMAIL].

We’ve checked our system, and our emails are successfully reaching your email provider — and in many cases, they’ve been opened. This means they are being delivered, but they might be getting sorted into a different folder (like Spam, Promotions, or Trash).

To make sure you’re receiving them right in your inbox, here are some quick steps you can try:

1. Search Your Mailbox
Search for:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Be sure to check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, and Trash folders.

2. Add Us as a Safe Sender
Add emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your email contacts or safe sender list.

3. Create a Filter
Set up a filter so emails from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com always go directly to your inbox.

Bounce List: Email Does Not Exist

I'm reaching out to follow up with you about the email notifications we send to [EMAIL].

We reviewed our logs to see why you haven't been receiving our notification emails, and our logs show that our notifications were bouncing back as undeliverable. The reason listed was that the email address no longer exists.

Here are the most common causes of this error and how you can troubleshoot them:

  • Typo in email address: Please be sure the spelling for the mailbox we have on file is correct. If you need to update the spelling of this email in your settings, you can follow this guide: How to Access Form Email Notification Settings
  • Inactive email: Please log in to your mailbox account to ensure this email is active and in service. If we sent an email to your mailbox while it was inactive, the email would bounce and tell us the mailbox does not exist.

We have marked your mailbox as active again, so as long as the email is spelled correctly in your settings and your mailbox service is otherwise fine, you will receive our email notifications in the future.

Bounce List: Mailbox Full

I'm reaching out to follow up with you about the email notifications we send to [EMAIL].

We reviewed our notification logs to see why you haven't been receiving our notifications, and our logs show that our notifications were bouncing back as undeliverable. The reason listed was that the recipient mailbox was full.

If our system sent a notification to you while your mailbox was full, your email host will notify our system and this prevents future notifications from reaching you.

We have marked your mailbox as active again, so as long as your mailbox has sufficient storage, you will receive our email notifications in the future.
